The first, a vertical type, is granted by the single central coordination of the Engineering Function, which, preserved since the beginning, as an Internal Division of the Company, assures a gradually homogeneous design, coherent with the different architectural, structural and plants engineering components.

The second one, with an horizontal matrix, is based on a constant alignment control and follow-up, directly executed in the Working Site, where every requested adjustment is promptly analyzed and immediately reported as a correction inside the project.

This quality assurance is achieved thanks to the organizational model and competence adopted by Guerrato, where the integration between deep engineering knowledge, subtend that among the processes and functions of design and operational liability.

This has allowed Guerrato to strengthen over time its position of Company leader in the sector of design and realization of Works and Plants, also in a turnkey sense.
